Fusion Security is seeking an experienced, energetic, and a customer-focused security professional for a position of** Field Support Supervisor - Daytime 12-hour shifts**.

**MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Conducting briefings for special coverage assignments
- Conducting impromptu and scheduled site visits and staff assessments
- Assisting with alarm response and building patrols
- Liaising between clients and site staff in emergency situations
- Conducting staff follow-up meetings for disciplinary issues
- Conducting intervention or assistance with employee emergencies or injuries
- Delivering of uniform and other items to field staff
- Auditing reports
- Other administrative responsibilities as directed by Fusion Security Management

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- At least 3 years of security experience
- A valid BC Security License
- Certified in Occupational First Aid Level 1
- Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record
- High school diploma is required at a minimum, however post secondary education is preferred

**SKILLS & ABILITIES**:

- Strong computer skills (including use of Tracktik software)
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with staff and clients
- Strong organizing and planning skills
- Ability to work without close supervision
- Good physical condition

**REPORTING STRUCTURE**:

- This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.
