Regional Marketing Coordinator

Here’s what you’ll deliver: Coordinate with the team on the development, execution, and delivery of marketing campaigns; Coordinate sponsorships and presence at community events; Actively participate in team meetings to better integrate marketing opportunities and to make recommendations to improve the look and feel of projects; Provide administrative support for the team, including purchase orders, invoice management, and media calendar management; Ensure web content is up-to-date, search engine friendly, and correctly targeted;Edit website copy and produce content as needed; Work with a team of professionals such as designers, videographers, social media and advertisement coordinators, and webmasters to achieve the business objectives;Other duties as assigned. What do you need to succeed?Education - Marketing/Business degree or diploma. Experience - 1-3 years relevant work experience in marketing preferred.Knowledge - up-to-date with marketing opportunities and trends. Consistency and Reliability - always completing projects on time and to a high standard.Attention to Detail - accuracy in content creation, campaign execution, and data analysis.Organization - managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders. Time Management - prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Multitasking - handling various aspects of marketing projects simultaneously. Project Management - planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns. Decision-Making - helping to make informed choices for marketing strategies. Communication - being kind and respectful while collaborating with all stakeholders.Ontario Driver's License - valid and in good standing. Flexibility - may need to work the occasional evening or weekend at special or community events. May also need to attend the occasional team event across Southern Ontario.
