Current licensure in a practicing category with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC as a Physiotherapist. Eligible for membership in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA). Three (3) to five (5) years' experience in a pediatric clinical setting. Postgraduate courses. Valid BC Driver's License. Skills And AbilitiesDemonstrated knowledge of and current P.T. skills in pediatric rehabilitation (physical disability).Demonstrated current knowledge of P.T. intervention with clients with mental health concerns.Demonstrated abilities in administration.Participation in research.Ability to foster professional multidisciplinary teamwork.Effective verbal and written communication skills both with professionals and families.Demonstrated problem-solving and goal-setting skills.Ability to organize and lead group meetings.Demonstrated supervisory and time management skills.Demonstrated knowledge of ongoing standards of practice/quality of care.Physical and emotional ability to perform the duties required of this position.
