About Synergy Health Centre Located in Victoria, BC, the Synergy Health Centre clinic offers a bright, clean, comfortable setting with a full rehabilitation gym and several treatment rooms. It is a multidisciplinary team environment specializing in pelvic, vestibular, and concussion health management. Our team includes physiotherapists, massage therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, kinesiologists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, naturapaths, and administrative staff. You will work closely with a multi‑disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, individualized care that supports recovery and a successful return to work and daily function. Your Impact As a Lifemark physiotherapist, you’ll be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, improve mobility, and achieve health goals. You will: Develop personalized, evidence‑informed care plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient‑centric care. Mentor and lead the next generation (as assigned). Stay current with best practices through continuous learning. Utilize modern tools, including e‑charting and digital communication. Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact. Educate patients and families on recovery, prevention and self‑management. Are you the right fit?
