Job Summary Job Title:Stroke NeurologistWork Site:Vancouver General HospitalStatus:Permanent Full TimeStart Date:July 1, 2026Compensation Type:CombinationCome work as a Stroke Neurologist with Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH)Vancouver General Hospital Division of Neurology is seeking a RCPSC Certified Neurologists with fellowship training in Stroke and Cerebrovascular disease. The person hired will have the opportunity to establish a full-scope stroke subspecialty practice with expectation to participate in general neurology service. Clinical on-call responsibilities are divided between 12 stroke neurologists for the stroke service and all (30+) neurologists for the general neurology service. Hospital outpatient clinics include stroke clinic and rapid access general neurology clinic.VGH is a teaching hospital and therefore teaching with medical students, residents and fellows are mandatory. Research and other academic activities are assets.Private office space is available in the area.
