Join our hard-working team in transforming the homes of our community We are looking for team players who are driven, results-oriented, and eager to make their mark this summer.We provide high-quality home services such as lawn care & painting/staining services for both Interior and Exterior projects We are committed to transforming the homes of our local residential communities and leaving our homeowners in AWE of the transformation.We are offering both full-time and part-time general labour positions to the most motivated, coachable individuals to join our business.Looking to hire skilled labourers who like working outside and are motivated to do an incredible job. Requirements:- No experience needed, you will be trained on how to perform all tasks & paint/stain projects and will be a pro in no time- Must have own car or reliable transportation- Positive attitude- Reliable and hardworking- Strong communication skills- Coachable Responsibilities:·        Responsible for the overall completion of projects.Start to finish completion at a high standard of quality, and in a timely manner·        Maintain a clean and organized site and project·        Delivering quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners, crew chiefs and business owner ·        Drop off flyers and market door-to-door in neighbourhoods around the work sites Compensation: ·        - $18-$23/hr depending on experience and responsibility·        - Opportunities for increased responsibilities and leadership positions Benefits: ·        Bonus incentives/opportunities for advancement ·        Improve communication skills·        Get to work outside·        Opportunities to learn the ins and outs of the business from a management level directly from the business owner·        Many payroll events throughout the year  Resumes should be sent ASAP as positions are filling up quickly.
