As our growth creates new career opportunities, likely there is the right one for youMissionTerus Construction, a division of Colas Western Canada Inc., is looking for a Scale Coordinator to join our team in Crescent Valley, BC.Main ResponsibilitiesRecord the delivery of materials to construction jobs, pit to pit transfers and asphalt and gravel salesManagement of multiple scalesPrepare production reports and material inventory reportsRequisition materials and suppliesEnsuring hired truck tickets, timecards and equipment pre-trip checklists are collected daily for processingFiling and sorting of truck tickets and time and reconciling with the differing work sites.Perform regular bank deposit runs and ensure accurate handling of financial transactions.Collect payments and process credit card transactions in accordance with company procedures.Provide customer service support, including responding to inquiries and assisting with general office duties as needed.Other general administrative office dutiesRequirements/Working ConditionsFrequently exposed to noise and a regular flow of people through officeSitting at a desk 75% of time and 25% standingOn-the-job training is providedProper working attire and work bootsBe able to work well with othersFamiliarity with digital scaleTo work with minimal supervisionCompensation DataThe anticipated wage range for this position is $22.00-$25.00/hour.
