Main Responsibilities:


•Needs analysis and management – Evaluate the needs for raw materials and finished products, ensure the availability of components, and manage orders with expiration dates. Supervise proper inventory management.


•Order and performance monitoring – Ensure delivery deadlines are met, analyze performance indicators, and propose corrective actions.


•Supplier management and negotiation – Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, collaborate with the purchasing department for negotiation agreements and the introduction of new components.


•Process optimization and risk management – Monitor and track MRP settings, establish a risk management system, and develop mitigation plans.


•Cross-functional collaboration and projects – Work closely with the plant, purchasing, and other functions to solve problems, support strategic projects, and identify business opportunities and risks.


•Support and collaboration with the logistics team – Support two colleagues within the plant's logistics team in carrying out their tasks while fostering effective collaboration and their development.

What are we looking for:


•Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.


•Significant experience in supply chain management.


•Proven experience with ERP systems and SAP.


•Strong collaboration skills and effective prioritization.


•Analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills.


•Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.New job full definition
