We are looking to fill a permanent full-time position of Procurement Planner at our Ville Saint-Laurent offices.

Reporting to the Procurement Supervisor, your role will be, among others, to maintain an optimal level of inventory by ensuring the accuracy of information relating to the availability of products intended for sale. You will be responsible for optimizing procurement and operational costs related to the procurement strategy.

**More specifically, your main tasks will be**:

- Generate and analyze a procurement plan by determining financial and operational impacts;
- Analyze and act on recommendations from procurement reports (order placement);
- Maintain optimal inventory levels in all warehouses for its product portfolio;
- Participate in the maintenance and optimization of supply parameters for its product portfolio;
- Understand the reasons affecting supply performance indicators and work to implement corrective actions;
- Work in collaboration with product managers and marketing agents;
- Send and follow up on purchase order transmissions to suppliers;
- Maintain purchase order information in the system (prices, quantities, products, dates, etc.);
- Address procurement issues to the various parties involved;

**Requirements**:

- College diploma (DEC) or college attestation (AEC) in administration;
- Minimum 2 years' experience in procurement and planning in a manufacturing or distribution context*;
- Mastery of MRP concepts;
- Experience with ERP software;
- Bilingualism (French and English), both written and spoken;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, mainly Excel;
- Experience in inventory management in an MRP environment (JDE, AS-400 and Optimiza software) (an asset).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge in database conceptualization (an asset)
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Rigorous, well organized, and able to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Have a sense of ethics and professionalism and demonstrate confidentiality and discretion.
- Who knows how to be resourceful and independent.
