We are unable to sponsor any work authorizations for this role.What's the roleWe’re looking for a data-driven paid social enthusiast to join our team As a Paid Social Strategist, you will work closely with clients and your team to ensure that stakeholders’ paid social goals are not only met, but exceeded--and within budget As a paid social leader, you will serve as a point person for clients and as a mentor to your direct reports.So, tell me about the companyBrainlabs is culture-first. Culture powers all three and we know that when the ecosystem is balanced, we all win That's why the culture we cultivate is a culture of winning together.To learn more about what it’s like to be a Brainlabber, check out ourWhat you doClient Management Responsibilities: Ensuring accounts are aligned to Brainlabs Social Best PracticesPaid social lead on 3-5 accounts Ensure budgets, optimizations, and performance are executed and aligned with client goals Build out campaigns and implement QA checks on relevant digital marketing platformsFlag performance, client contact changes, and/or relationship issues, while providing ideas for solutions, to GAD’s.Perform regular analysis and make data-driven recommendations, following our 'test and learn' methodologyLead deck creation for paid social pitches and presentations, including business reviewsEnsure we fulfill on client contracts (eg. sending weekly report to clients)Lead paid social portion of client meetings, preferably via video conference - prepare the agenda and ensure we take notesImplement & use Brainlabs’ tools on all accounts where applicablePrioritize and respond to client emails/calls in a timely manner Leadership Responsibilities: Models strong leadership including alignment to company priorities and philosophies, effective stress and emotion self-management, as well as a positive and patient demeanor with the teamMentor to team members working on assigned clients providing training and shadowing opportunities and participating in new hire training program Participate in wider company initiatives including, but not limited to new business pitches and internal marketing effortsCultivates an atmosphere that embraces diversity and inclusion within the team and agency Who you areEssential Skills Demonstrated proficiency of paid social platforms, with a mastery of Facebook Ads Manager and experience running in at least one additional platform (i.e.LinkedIn, Snapchat, etc.)Proven organizational, project, and time management skills Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbally, with the ability to provide actionable insights for all levels of an organizationPossess keen critical thinking and analytical skillsProven skills with Microsoft Office and/or Google Business Apps, especially Excel or Google SheetsDemonstrate alignment to our company values Essential Experience 1-2 years hands-on experience planning and buying paid social campaigns Minimum of 1-year client-facing experienceExperience with Google Analytics , and Facebook Blueprint certification (preferred)Agency experience preferred How you succeedIn addition to the below, you will be evaluated based on how you live our Culture Code Key metrics of success for this role include: A desire to be nimble and flexible to succeed in a fast-paced and ever-changing environmentA strong team player, willing to roll up your sleevesA business mature individual who exudes professionalism and respectCommitted to the success of your team What happens nextWe know searching for a job is tough and that you want to find the best career and employer for you.
