Best Practices Consultant, Group Underwriting

Job Description :Location: hybrid Reporting to the Group Underwriting Best Practices Manager of the training team, the Best Practices Consultant is responsible for delivering training to new hires and existing staff on the SunSolutions and National Accounts teams. In addition to training delivery, the Best Practices Consultant is responsible for improving performance through coaching and mentoring activities and completing monthly quality reviews. What will you do? Deliver new hire training and new skill training for group underwritersPerform training auditsSupport traineesCreate and update training material and documentation in our WikiCreate e-learning modulesSupport our Quality Review programSupport the Group Underwriting Best Practices team by participating in projects and answering inquiries What do you need to succeed?
