Part-Time Greeter

We want more associates just like you and we offer an Employee Referral Program to thank our associates for a great referral We celebrate personal and professional milestones and team events We want to promote healthy lifestyle, and offer a generous fitness discounts & more Responsibilities: Welcoming guests into the dealership with a friendly and professional demeanor Assess guest needs and guide them to the appropriate dealership staff member Routing customers to Sales Consultants without delay, while ensuring that all sales representatives receive a fair rotation of sales prospects and clients Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and customer waiting area Administrative duties as assigned such as monitoring inventory and ordering office supplies; filing, copying and scanning documents; receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and courier packages Completing reports etc. as requested by management Perform other duties as required/requested by management Qualifications: Our Greeter is the face of our dealership to our guests and must have a natural ability to engage positively with people in person and on the telephone, always leaving a welcoming and professional first impression of the company Strong communication skills and some data entry skills are required Demonstrate commitment to exceptional customer service with a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction Attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to multi-task will ensure you succeed in this role Previous Reception and/or Customer Service experience an asset Employment Type: Part Time Permanent Tell us your story.
