As a Customer Relations Specialist you will be responsible for providing courteous, accurate and timely responses to incoming inquiries. Are you passionate about helping people? If you answered yes to these questions, then we are looking for you to join a dynamic team in Downtown, London.Position: Customer Relations Specialist - Full time, Permanent opportunity.Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday- 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST (Must be flexible to work 8 hours during that time) Location: Downtown, LondonHybrid - 2 day in Office, 3 days from home Salary: 46,000 $Note : 8 weeks of the training will be 5 days in the London office. Candidate must further satisfy the following criteria to be eligible for the role:- Have status to work in Canada at the time of application- Successfully complete the enhanced government screening process- Pass a criminal background check- Pass a credit check- Pass a reliability clearance check, which requires applicants to have maintained 5 continuous years of residency in Canada at the time of application. This requirement is not dependent upon your immigration, residency, or citizenship status.All offers will be conditional upon successful confirmation of this criteria."
