Access to colleagues with different expertise, experience and profiles will enrich your development in every way.Basic requirements:Hold a bachelor's degree in a related field and 7 years of relevant experience or a master's degree and 5 years of relevant experienceExperience in personnel management and/or coachingStrong background in commercial credit and business developmentGood understanding of various banking systemsStrong ability to influence others, good leadership skills and ability to manage prioritiesSense of autonomy as well as organizational and change management skills Languages: English, French Reason to require this language: you will need to serve clients who speak a language other than French regularly.
