This BILINGUAL/UNILINGUAL COLLECTIONS AGENT Position Features:•Temp 3-6 month contract• Transit accessible• Hybrid options after in-office training • Great Pay to $52KImmediate need for bilingual/unilingual collections agent seeking Pay:•Bilingual - $48,000-52,000 (per year)• Unilingual - $45,000-$47,000 (per year)Shift: Must be available to work between the hours of 9am-9pm with an occasional 1 Saturday a monthStart date: ASAPTraining schedule: 1 week fully in officeHybrid schedule - 3 days in office, 2 WFHTemp - 3-6 month assignment Job Description: • Ongoing stewardship of a dedicated segment of customer accounts.• Achieving a high-volume of communication and attempted communication over a combination of inbound and outbound telephone calls.• Assisting customers with mid-term changes to their accounts.• Maintaining accurate records of communication and contact information.• Facilitating win/win outcomes for customers who have become past-due.• Engaging in dialogue with customers and external/internal partners via telephone, email, text messaging, and letter correspondence.• Resolving product, service, and repayment issues by clarifying, investigating, explaining, documenting and following-up on actions taken.Qualifications:• Three (3) or more years customer service and collection experience in a consumer lending environment• Automotive collections an asset• A commitment to exceptional customer service.• Outstanding ability to build rapport over the telephone.• A high degree of accuracy within a fast-paced environment• Ability to juggle competing priorities with a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail and team targets.• Upbeat and results-oriented team contributions.• Dependability, self-motivation, and personal accountability.• Capacity to toggle between working independently and collaboratively.• A dedication to combined team and personal success.• Fluent ability to write and speak business information in English.• Familiarity and ease in working with online platforms and Microsoft Office i.e., Excel, Teams, and Outlook.• Motivation and drive towards continuous learning and growth within your role and the company.Disclaimer: This is currently for an active job opportunity.
