That's where you come inWhat You'll DoOffice Operations (40%) Be the Office Maestro: Keep everything organized, from managing office supplies to ensuring our workspaces are neat and ready for action every day.Calendar & Event Pro: Coordinate meetings, events, and team activities. Whether a quick team check-in or a full company event, you'll help organize it with style and ease.Front-Line Communication: Be the office's friendly face (and voice)—respond to emails and ensure visitors are greeted with a smile (or at least a well-worded email).Paperwork Guru: Maintain and organize office documents, both digital and physical. You'll check whether a document is a form, file, or essential document.Logistics Lead: Handle all the logistics—help set up conference rooms, order supplies, and even ensure the coffee machine and snacks are stocked. Priorities, right?People & Culture Support (40%) Onboarding Go-To: Help new hires feel welcome by assisting with their onboarding process. You'll make their first day smooth and easy by setting up paperwork and ensuring they have all the necessary information.Record Keeper: Maintain accurate employee records, keeping everything organized and confidential, including information on new hires, departing employees, benefits, and performance reviews.Leave Liaison: Track employee leave requests (vacation, sick days, etc.) and those leaving the company while properly documenting everything.Recruitment Rockstar: You will assist with the hiring process, posting job listings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and even keeping candidates updated with feedback.Culture Cheerleader: You will support our people team in employee engagement initiatives, whether organizing training, handling internal communications, or helping with team-building activities. You will keep things fun and organized.Operations Support (20%)Process Pro: Work behind the scenes to streamline operations and improve office efficiency. You'll help manage daily tasks to keep things flowing smoothly.Data-driven: supporting the insights of the agency by running built-out data to insight workstreams.What We're Looking ForOrganizational Whiz: You've got a knack for keeping things organized, whether it's the office supply closet or a complicated project.Clear Communicator: You know how to communicate well with different types of people—through email, phone calls, or in person.Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable with Google Docs and Slack. Bonus points if you know your way around HR software or other office tools.Problem-solver: Whether resolving a scheduling conflict or figuring out where the coffee cups went, you think on your feet and get things done.Attention to Detail: You catch the little things—whether it's a report typo or ensuring a new hire gets their welcome kit.People Person: You're approachable, friendly, and ready to help anyone in the office.
