Working for Pembina means working safely.   Overview: Pembina Pipeline is seeking a Logistics Analyst to join the Conventional and Oil Sands Pipelines Business Unit in our Calgary corporate office. Reporting to the Supervisor, Logistics, the successful candidate will be a key member of the business unit’s LVP (Low Vapor Pressure) Logistics team, coordinating customer movements on Pembina’s pipeline systems. Responsibilities may include but not limited to: Complying with and actively participating in all industry-related COLC calendar deadlines, relating to tasks such as: Producer Activity Reports, Form As, Form Cs, pipeline splits, shipper drafts, shipper balances, and invoicing; Develop and sustain strong relationships with internal operating and business groups, Shipper, Producers, and downstream connected delivery points; Support the planning and alignment of outages with upstream/downstream customers and the engineering, operations, and outage teams; Support Pembina’s safety culture of "Zero by Choice" and the “Life Saving Rules”. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a related field; A minimum of 5 years’ industry related experience; Strong knowledge of Crude Oil logistics combined with in-depth knowledge of pipeline operations; Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills; Collaborative team player with effective verbal and written communication skills; Sound judgment and decision-making skills with demonstrated ability to be proactive in identifying potential issues and providing solutions; and Organized, detailed, analytical and able to consistently deliver accurate and timely information.   Pembina’s Flexible Work Standard provides the option for eligible employees to work remotely on Fridays  The successful candidate must be legally able to work in the country of the position.
