Position Overview: Responsible for the overall patient flow of the clinic including reception and clerical duties. Schedule appointments and register for procedures as needed. Receive, process, and direct patients following established procedure and documentation requirements. Assist patients as required to coordinate patient flow. Maintain accurate patient records and filing systems. Input patient data from affiliate clinics. Responsibilities: Required to read cases on a consistent basis per. Identify areas of improvement and work with the teams to enhance practice protocols. Fellowship training in Women’s Imaging with a high level of interest in Breast Imaging and/or Obstetrics. Have a valid practice license and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. Remote reading set up including appropriate monitors. Personal: Have the ability to work effectively with others as well as the ability to work independently and treat everyone with respect, dignity and kindness. Possess a strong commitment to patient care, quality improvement and coaching. Must be reliable, motivated and a team player, willing to assist as needed.
