The Program Coordinator plays a vital role in developing, implementing and evaluating strategic plans, goals, objectives and policies for the programWork Performed:Program OperationsWorks to ensure a safe, well maintained, and healthy building environmentReview program applications and conduct interviews.Assists staff in identifying and responding to problematic behaviors to ensure safety and a comfortable environment for residentsResponsible for developing, planning, implementing and evaluating quality improvement projects such as evaluating residents, improving services and implementing new service strategiesFacilitate/support case managers in meetings with clients when neededEffectively coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily operations of Program Assistants to ensure that operational quality requirements and standards of excellence are maintainedConducting monthly suite inspections, move in and move out inspection as required including suite packing where required.Supervises incoming and outgoing inspections and reportingParticipates in data collection and outcome measurement, contributing to Manager’s report.Participate in case management and case planning providing oversight.Assists manager with program budget duties such as developing budget submissions, preparing, and presenting budget justifications and presentations, monitoring expenditures, following up on anomalies, and taking action to resolve challenges.Supports the manager by analyzing service data and community trends to identify emerging needs and priority issues. Develops reports and recommendations that inform departmental planning, contribute to organizational strategy, and guide resource allocation.Participates in CAA (community access table), funder meetings and community stakeholder committees as directed by manager.Manage BCH Portable Rent SubsidiesProvide on-site support to reduce On-Call Manager callsLiaise with the clinical care team as neededPerforms other duties as requiredClient ServicesActs as a positive role model for clients.
