As a member of the Sales team, the Program Coordinator will be responsible for organizing, executing, and communicating details of their assigned account. This person also acts as the liaison between sales and other internal departments. The primary responsibility is to ensure the execution of the sales plan as directed by the assistant sales manager.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Provide essential account service and support both internally and externally.
- Understand the assigned customer’s program
- Help oversee budget adherence
- Track, review and evaluate sales performance.
- Processing orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Resolving billing and shipping discrepancies
- Create, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and related material.
- Ensure data integrity (eg. checking for correct prices, discount levels and product requirements)
- Actively engages at all levels of Rainbow Operations to gain and demonstrate hands on knowledge of company and customer processes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate materials inventory and ensure product readiness.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Initiate communication with internal stakeholders

**Your Experience & Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office -Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Word.
- Excellent data entry skills (eg. compiling, transcribing and reviewing)
- Strong analytical, data management and problem-solving skills
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.

**About Rainbow Greenhouses**
We are a large, expanding greenhouse grower of indoor floral and outdoor gardening plant material to major retailers and wholesalers across Western Canada and Northwestern US. Established in 1985, we were once a small, family-run greenhouse business. Rainbow now operates 4 facilities in two provinces and is one of the largest Greenhouse operations in all of Canada employing over 600 people. We remain a family-owned company led by long-established values. Our staffing requirements now span a wide range of administrative, sales, and management roles from production line work and order assembly to greenhouse growers, facilities maintenance specialists, and truck mechanics, to logistics roles.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
