Create clear and accurate part and assembly drawings.Manage Sourced Products.Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and solutions.Work with supply chain and suppliers to develop a solution on time and within budget. Coordinate the launch ensure all step of the Ranger design process were followed (design reviews, sign off, testing, implementation, trainings, etc).Support the program manager by providing technical expertise on designs, time estimates, and products.Ensure Product Quality Control Ensure all new products are tested and conform with Ranger safety standards and design practices and meet or exceed industry standards.Complete and document testing and test-fitting of products to ensure fit, function and safety conformance.Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.Maintain and acquire knowledge of safety standards in the category of each design project.Other duties as assigned. POSITION REQUIREMENTS : Design skills.At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role. Project management.Manufacturing methods and procedures.Process improvement.Technical understanding.Documentation skills.Safety management.Bachelors in engineering.Good interpersonal and communication skills.An ability to multi-task and work in a high volume, fast-paced environment.Be fluently bilingual (Asset).Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.Proficiency in SolidWorksKnowledge of an ERP (Epicor, would be an asset).
