Advance Strategic Partnerships and Amplify Our Professional ImpactCPA Ontario is seeking a Partnerships Specialist to help shape, strengthen, and execute the strategic partnerships that elevate our brand, expand our reach, and advance the priorities of the profession. Reporting to the Vice-President, EDI & Partnerships, this role blends relationship management, sponsorship strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our partnerships deliver meaningful impact.What You’ll Be Doing:Identifying, evaluating, and developing partnership and sponsorship opportunities that align with CPA Ontario’s strategic priorities.Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate and community partners to support long-term collaboration and value creation.Managing the end-to-end execution of sponsorships, including logistics, briefing materials, stakeholder communication, and event coordination.Collaborating with Marketing, Communications, Government Relations, and Member Experience teams to deliver high-impact sponsorship assets and brand visibility.Tracking partnership performance, analyzing results, and preparing post-event reports with insights and recommendations.Who You Are:Post-secondary graduate in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline, equipped with a strong foundation in partnership development.Relationship-focused professional with a minimum of four years of experience in sponsorships, partnerships, or program management.Strategic thinker and clear communicator skilled at translating partnership initiatives into meaningful organizational outcomes.Highly organized and detail-oriented contributor who excels at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.Proficient user of Microsoft Office with the ability to produce polished briefs, presentations, reports, and partner materials.Salary Range: The starting annual salary for this position is between $66,300 and $82,900 per annum, based on candidates’ qualifications, experience, and internal parity.
