Position Overview:We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities:- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.- Answer phone calls and direct them to appropriate personnel.- Manage scheduling of appointments and maintain the calendar.- Assist clients with inquiries regarding policies and services.- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.- Process incoming and outgoing mail.- Assist with customer service tasks as needed.- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable - Other tasks as required  Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in the insurance or financial sector.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help clients.
