Job DescriptionPosition:Systems Testing/QA Specialist – Intermediate (SaaS platform related testing,SSO,Okta, Automation and Manual testing) Location: 222 Jarvis Toronto or 33 King Oshawa  Toronto, ON Must Have:10+ years’ experience triaging, analyzing, diagnosing / troubleshooting, evaluating options, and resolving quality assurance problems, ideally those related to identity and access management enterprise level systems. Demonstrated experience with implementing and supporting Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, identity federations, identity provisioning, and multi-factor authentication systems using enterprise-grade identity management services such as Okta.10+ years’ experience designing, developing, writing and executing test cases catering to large application implementations along with QA experience on COTS and / or SaaS based systemsMixture of Automation and Manual testing - SaaS platform related testing. Experience and Skill Set Requirements Intermediate QA Specialists:1.   Large Identity and Management Systems – 30%1.1 10+ years’ experience triaging, analyzing, diagnosing / troubleshooting, evaluating options, and resolving quality assurance problems, ideally those related to identity and access management enterprise level systems.1.2 Demonstrated experience with implementing and supporting Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, identity federations, identity provisioning, and multi-factor authentication systems using enterprise-grade identity management services such as Okta.1.3 Proven experience with enterprise-level online identity verification services, including platforms such as Interac, IDVerse, and Okta SaaS solutions, to support secure and efficient user authentication and verification. 2.   Large Application Implementation – 30% 2.1. 10+ years’ experience with quality control and assurance methodologies and practices as applied to the implementation of applications with over 10,000 users.2.2. 10+ years progressive QA experience on COTS and / or SaaS based systems.2.3. 10+ years’ experience designing, developing, writing and executing test cases catering to large application implementations. 3.    Quality Assurance – 30%3.1. Experience developing test strategies and test plans.3.2. Extensive experience with testing web apps and working with HAR files.3.3. Experience testing RESTful API implementations by using tools such as Postman Databases and the SQL Language, JSON, XML, XSLT and XML schemas.3.4. EAI principles and technologies and data transformation techniques.3.5. Experience with Accessibility Ontario Disability Act (AODA) testing by using tools such as WAVE.3.6. Experience in analyzing test results and submitting detail bug descriptions using defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps/VSTS.3.7. Experience with testing automation tools such as Selenium, including developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts to ensure robust and efficient testing processes.3.8. Experience with ITIL processes such as Service Level Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, and Capacity Management3.9. Experience with testing tools, such as Azure DevOps / Visual Studio Team Server (VSTS) 4.   Stakeholder Management – 10%4.1. Experience working with a large team comprising of the Product Owner, Project Manager, Business Analysts, and Systems Analysts to ensure QA deliverables timelines are achieved.4.2. Strong interpersonal skills, including collaboration and verbal and written communication skills.      Thanks,Afrah FaizaArthur Grand Technologies IncArthur Grand Technologies is an
