You’ll leverage resources to research and respond to client inquiries requiring guidance on how to address a wide variety of payroll, pay practice, payroll tax questions and statutory and regulatory changes. Exceed expectations. You’ll ensure proper, timely follow-up on assigned cases to ensure service level agreements and seamless client experience. You’ll build trust in ADP as a service provider. You’ll respond to & resolve all incoming telephone calls and email inquiries from clients, delivering the highest level of client service within expected timelines.           TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements Knowledge of CCI (Autopay) Experience with TLM/EZLM Minimum 3 years of experience in Payroll ADP Product knowledge in WFN Strong MS Office Skills (Word/Excel) Excellent client service and communication skills (both verbal and written) Ability to work anywhere from 8 a.m. - 8 pm EST.   Bonus points for these:  Preferred Qualifications Ability to collaborate & work effectively within cross-functional teams.
