You’ll provide support to our internal and external clients, including instruction, navigation, troubleshooting, maintenance and evaluations to determine solutions and alternatives. You’ll leverage resources to research and respond to client inquiries requiring guidance on how to address a wide variety of payroll, pay practice, payroll tax questions and statutory and regulatory changes. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements Knowledge of CCI (Autopay) Experience with TLM/EZLM Minimum 3 years of experience in Payroll ADP Product knowledge in WFN Strong MS Office Skills (Word/Excel) Excellent client service and communication skills (both verbal and written) Ability to work anywhere from 8 a.m. - 8 pm EST.
