Job Duties: Safety focus (Safe Work Practices, Safe Operating Procedures) is your top priority; core safety skills training will be providedMonitor conditions and maintenance of all equipment with a focus on safety and environmentBasic operations are the heating of fluid through the use of heat exchangers and pumpsComplete all required daily paperwork and logsSupervision of our junior workforce; responsible for others safety & well-beingResponsible for the completion of pre/post job safety reporting and incident reportingResponsible for safe job completion, client satisfaction and for the safe operation and maintenance of your unitResponsible to have a professional work attitude, appearance and representation of the companyMay be required to stay at a camp Job Requirements: Must possess a clean driver's abstractMust possess a valid driver's licenseValid safety tickets requiredPrevious heating/oil field experience would be an asset, but not a requirementPrevious experience as a Wellsite Operator, Boiler Hand, Well Tester, or Service Rig Hand is considered an assetMust have a Mechanical Aptitude Physical Requirements: Must be physically fit and able to pass our pre-employment screeningPhysical requirements include bending, safely lifting up to 20 kgs, working in a noisy and sometimes dusty environmentWilling to work outdoors and in inclement weather Skills & Expectations: Travel to remote regions on winter roads with potential to work aloneMust be able to read, write and speak English fluentlyWilling to work nights, weekends, holidaysWilling to comply with all safety policies and proceduresWilling to comply with drug & alcohol-free and harassment-free work environmentWilling to work in a diverse and team-oriented environment
