Branches Hiring: Grande Prairie, AlbertaHousing Available for out of townersATTENTION: Immediate Benefits Signing Bonus POSITION SUMMARY:The Super B Operator will be responsible for safely transporting frac sand to and from location.JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:The duties and responsibilities that are expected to be performed by a competent Super B/Sand Hauler are the following:
• Efficiently haul a variety of products such as frac sand, sand blasting sand, lava rock, or road salt utilizing Super B's and retrieval belt services
• Consistently adheres to company policies and procedure.
• Updates and tracks hours worked while complying with hours of service.
• Operates units and associated equipment in a safe, responsible, and professional manner.
• Follows and complies with all government legislation and internal policies & procedures.
• Participates in all pre-job hazard assessments and inspections prior to commencing any job.
• Responsible for transporting, loading, and offloading of products at different locations.
• Will provide leadership and coaching to subordinates through coaching and mentoring.
• Completes job tasks with personal and public safety as the top priority.
• Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• 3 years of directly related experience.
• Class 1
• Valid H2S and First Aid
• Valid ODA
• Clean Drivers Abstract (less than 6 demerits)CORE COMPETENCIES:

• Ethics & integrity WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS: 
• Will require travel to other branch locations as well as project sites that require the use of personal protective equipment such as steel toed boots, coveralls, safety glasses, hard hat, and mandatory hearing protection. 
• Able to occasionally lift items as heavy as 50 lbs. 
• Will be exposed to a variety of weather conditions and job scopes. 
• Sitting or standing as needed, as well as walking primarily on a level surface for periods throughout the day. 
• Some physical labor required. 
• Reaching above shoulder height or below the waist as well as some lifting as required. EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:This is a full-time hourly position. Standard hours of work may vary but will follow a shift schedule. On-call responsibilities will be required on a 24 hour per day basis except for requested and approved time off by a direct supervisor
