Responsible for uploading required supporting documentation in UKG to ensure compliance standards are well maintained ie. Offer letter, Termination letter.Responsible for the enrollment and adjustments related to Total Reward plans such as Pension & Benefits & other related Company sponsored, or non-company sponsored plans Manage the processing of vacation requests in WFM.Processing of ROE's with UKG and submit to Service Canada.Responsible for the processing of mass layoffs/recalls, preparation of excel files - status, deductions implications (union dues, pensions, etc.).Support the testing of system upgrades, enhancements, changes / CBA updates.Salesforce ticket daily updates.Enter/Upload timecards as required.Proactive review list of outstanding requests and communicate with the respective stakeholders for a fast resolution.Collaborate with other shared services teams to ensure cross-departmental responsibilities are met.Reconcile all payroll liabilities General Ledger account in a timely manner.Other duties as assigned.
