What it’s like to be a Northbridge Associate Claims Adjuster?As a Claims Adjuster you will be part of a dynamic team that prides itself on having a sharp eye on detail while keeping the customer experience top of mind. As an Auto Claims Adjuster you will be personally managing a pending of private personal vehicles, light and/or heavy commercial files - this means you will not be on a phone queue We want your talent If you are great at:Thoroughly investigating & evaluating complex situations Managing stressful calls and clearly deliver decisions Effectively managing a busy day to day schedule Providing a great Customer experience And you have:AEC or DEC in Damage Insurance, with AMF exams successfully completed for the 5A Commercial and Personal Lines licenseWorking towards the CIP designation an assetA minimum of 1 years of Claims Adjusting or related experience Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite We really mean it when we say we put you first.
