Ensures all HAZMAT and Driver documents are complete and filedFunction in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and takes initiative to get things done efficiently and effectivelyMonitors shipping efficiency and resources to make sure customers are satisfiedYou will train the Distribution Team on Linde's Safety & Quality standards and requirementsDevelop talent by coaching, mentoring, providing constructive feedback, and creating growth opportunities to enhance employee performance and drive organizational successConsistently contribute to Linde’s safety culture by demonstrating safety standards and policiesEfficiently utilize workforce via proper scheduling and training to provide the highest levels of customer serviceManage the daily hours of service for drivers and ensure compliance with Linde and legal/regulatory requirementsOther duties as assignedQualificationsWhat makes you great:High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferredPrior Department of Transportation (DOT) experience is requiredCDL Class A requiredMinimum 2+ years Leadership experience in Distribution, Logistics, or TransportationDemonstrates ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations with great interpersonal skillsKnowledge of regulatory agency requirements including FDA, DOT, OSHA, and EPA.Strong reasoning and proven analytical and problem-solving skillsProven ability to motivate teams and manage conflictAbility to interpret and understand DOT and internal compliance policies and procedures and relate them to othersEffective organizational, listening, and communication skillsUpholds high standards of honesty and integrityDemonstrates personal ownership for safety and actively contributes to a strong safety cultureContributes to a positive work environment where differences are valued and supportedStrives for personal achievement and helps others attain resultsEnsures accountability through collaboration and interpersonal skillsWhy you will enjoy working with us:Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2024 sales of $33 billion.Linde Gas & Equipment Inc.
