Strive to achieve The Best Homeowner Experience in all activities undertaken.What you’ll doProject scheduling, budgeting, cash flows and other financial reportingPromote project and community vision and designManage municipal approvals: draft plan, zoning, site plans, subdivision registration, etc.Manage and work well with multi-disciplined consultant teamsManage the engineering process: civil, landscaping, and utility drawing approval processUnderstand how activities affect customer satisfactionAcquisitions and due diligence supportParticipate in home product development and translate into land and land useIndustry and market presence and awarenessWhat you bringDegree or diploma in Engineering (Civil Engineering), Planning, or Real Estate/Business3-5 years of relevant project management experience with a residential, consulting or engineering firm focused on land development projectsLeadership experience.Extensive knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, PowerPoint, & OutlookForward planning and thinking: scheduling; coordinating consultants, contractors, municipalities and internal resourcesFinancial Management: always managing by the numbers and understanding the projects financial positionStrategic execution: assisting in the development and implementation of project strategy; calling on the right people at the right time; challenging the processCommunication: professional internal financial and timeline reporting; integrating well with Builder; early detection of issuesRelationship skills: consistently balancing the interests of all stakeholders (municipal, political, partners, suppliers, Builder, etc.; upholding the reputation of Mattamy to facilitate smooth application processesTeamwork – overall contribution to the team; proactively helping others; consistent positive attitude; mentoring, teaching, training and learningBonus pointsRelevant experience in the residential building industry, consulting or engineering firm and/or relevant related practical experience.CompensationThe expected base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $130,000. Actual pay may vary depending on your job-related knowledge, competencies, and skills.
