Job Title: QE Lead Location: Toronto, Ontario Duration: 06 Months Job Description: Required Skills & Qualifications Proven track record in leading quality engineering initiatives, particularly in complex migration or cloud-based projects. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for articulating technical and non-technical information to stakeholders at all levels. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and IVR systems, including testing strategies for voice and natural language processing. Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman) and a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Solid foundation in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, with the ability to understand and contribute to technical discussions. Capability to navigate challenges in a dynamic environment and drive innovative solutions. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience working in iterative development cycles. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead and manage quality engineering initiatives, ensuring project goals and timelines are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality engineering efforts with overall project objectives. Develop and implement testing strategies for cloud and IVR systems, focusing on voice and natural language processing.
