We are looking for a QE Lead with experience in IVR & Automation for one of our banking clients in Toronto.

Client: Banking/Consulting

Location: Toronto, ON

Onsite Requirement : 4 days a week onsite

Contract duration: 6 months renewable

Contract rate: $50-60/hr Inc

Job Description:

- QE Lead Experience: Proven track record in leading quality engineering initiatives, particularly in complex migration or cloud-based projects.
- Strong Leadership: Ability to guide and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Effective Communication (Verbal and Written): Exceptional skills in articulating technical and non-technical information to stakeholders at all levels.
- Cloud and IVR Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and IVR systems, including testing strategies for voice and natural language processing.
- Automation Experience: Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman) and a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Technical Background: A solid foundation in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, with the ability to understand and contribute to technical discussions.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Capability to navigate challenges in a dynamic environment and drive innovative solutions.
- Agile/Scrum Experience: Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience working in iterative development cycles.
