We are looking for door-to-door Marketing. For this role, we are seeking a lead generation specialist looking to gain experience in a home improvement & construction industry. The successful candidate will be a results-oriented person who is a strong asset to our driven & fast-paced sales team.Skills required:• Ability to transport yourself to and from work.• 20-25 hours per week of availability.• Must have a smartphone to be able to use company applications.• No sales experience required but considered an asset.Responsibilities• Knock on doors and engage in conversations with homeowners about home improvements and upgradations• Take down information of homeowners who are potentially interested in a free a consultation.• Follow the routes set by your team leader.• Report back at the end of the session with questions, results etc.Compensation• Commission Pay• Full training and script on how to engage in these conversations with homeowners• 1 session per week with a senior representative who can help you improve on your script and techniques.Job Types:, Part-time, Casual, ContractPay: $500-$1000 per weekThis is a Contract Position with  Commission PayExpected hours: 20-25 per week (Monday to Friday)Benefits:• Casual dress• Company events• Flexible scheduleFlexible language requirement:• French not requiredSchedule:• Day shift• Monday to Friday• Weekends as neededWork Location: In person
