We are expanding to the Ottawa region and are looking for a motivated Garage Door Supervisor to lead our operations locally.
About the Role
The Garage Door Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations in Ottawa, ensuring smooth coordination with customers. This role requires a hands-on professional with strong technical skills in garage door installation, sales abilities, and management experience.
You will be responsible for installations, maintaining service quality, and supporting business growth through excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate residential and commercial garage door installations.
- Support and guide installation technicians to ensure quality standards are met.
- Conduct site assessments, provide repair estimates, and communicate with customers.
- Promote services and identify sales opportunities during client interactions.
- Manage scheduling, materials, and workflow to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (required).
- Experience in a trade (experience in garage doors would be an advantage).
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in sales or customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary of $60,000 + performance-based commission.
