Job DescriptionAramark Remote Workplace Services are hiring for Front of House General Kitchen Helper for a remote lodge near Geraldton, ON.  The Front of House General Kitchen Helper is responsible for ensuring that the kitchen is well maintained and stocked during high services hours.  The maintenaning and cleanliness of the kitchen, stocking etc. In addition, the individual may perform other serviceable duties as assigned. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs. Applications that do not have resumes attached, will not be considered.Comprehensive benefit packages are offeredTransportation is provided out of Thunder Bay, ONTravel allowance is available for some areas that are further awayRotation are 20 days on 10 days off  Please note all candidates considered for hire will be required to successfully pass a criminal background checkJob ResponsibilitiesEnsure all front-of-house food stations are fully stocked with fresh sandwiches, fruits, beverages, and other essential items throughout service hours. Monitor inventory levels and promptly restock to maintain availability and presentation standardsConduct regular checks to ensure all food items meet quality and freshness standards. Remove and replace any items that do not meet company guidelines to uphold food safety and customer satisfaction.Prepare and organize food displays to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to anticipate demand and maintain smooth operationsEnsure food items are attractively presented and easily accessible to customers. Support a welcoming and efficient front-of-house environment.Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitizedMaintains dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas cleanedEnsures equipment is clean and in working condition; reports any issues to managementPerforms other light maintenance and custodial tasksMaintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.Ensures security of company assetsAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.
