We are seeking a reliable and detail-orientated Warehouse Associate to join our Aurorateam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking and shipping orders, receiving material, maintaining accurate inventory records, operating a forklift to load and unload trucks, and performing general warehouse maintenance to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities: Pick and prepare orders accurately and efficiently for shipment. Receive incoming materials and verify quantities and quality against purchase orders. Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and data entry. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to load and offload trucks. Perform general warehouse maintenance, including cleaning, organizing, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals. Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards promptly.   Qualifications: Grade 12 Education (or equivalent). Minimum of one year warehouse experience. Must have a Forklift certification. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks. Computer literacy for inventory management systems, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
