**Position Overview**:
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Pick and pack items according to order specifications using handheld scanners or pick lists.
- Ensure accurate labeling and packaging of products before shipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting cycle counts and stock checks.
- Load and unload shipments and move materials within the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and restocking inventory as needed.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Previous warehouse, picking, or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math and reading skills for order processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
- Forklift certification (if applicable).
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or RF scanners.
- Assist with incoming and outgoing shipments, including loading/unloading, inspecting, staging, and verifying/signing of goods as per company procedures.
- Assist in the tracking and paperwork of work orders.
- Work in accordance with the companies’ work safety procedures.
- Assist in ensuring adequate inventory levels; assists in inventory counts.
- Assist in generating packing slips, weigh bills and other paperwork as required.
- Assist in processing paperwork to freight companies for receipt of damaged goods.
- Receive, process, label, and store incoming stock as per company procedures.
- Maintain clear records of all inventory and stock.
- Organize the warehouse space as required.
- Prepare orders for shipment.
- Do physical inventory counts and inspections as required.
- Sort and place materials and items according to organizational standards.
- Receive and process materials.
- Comply with regulations and procedures to align with quality service standards.
- Multitask and organize appropriately for a high-paced warehouse environment.
- Ensure that all lifting and maneuvering of products and materials are carried out in accordance with handling procedures.
- Ensure hazardous materials are stored in accordance with company procedures.
**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in warehousing and inventory control.
- Knowledge and understanding of GMP and Health Canada Regulations for natural health products and food.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office suite.
- Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent timekeeping and clean and tidy work ethics.
- Must have good organizational skills and an ability to work unsupervised.
- Must be a team player with good interpersonal and relationship skills
- Able to lift 10 to 70 lbs.
