Title: Logistics CoordinatorIndustry: Recycling CenterLocation: Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu25 years in the industry focusing on recycling industry, offering turnkey services for clients to dispose of their recycling products and turn them into high-quality raw materials to promote a healthy environment and economyIf you are passionate about global innovation, have 1-2 years experience in logistics coordination, then apply nowmelissa.cumetti@randstad.capatrick.pepin@randstad.caAdvantages- Permanent Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm - Access to company advantages including medical, dental, vision- Growing company with internal advancement opportunities- Training providedResponsibilities- Coordinate and preparation of the truckers' schedule. - Closely monitor the trailer inventory board as well as the Geotab internal transport system. - Ensure the proper loading and unloading of trailers - Coordinate the entire fleet of trucks, trailers, and drivers, as well as route planning in conjunction with the supervisor. - Scheduling of logistical tasks and organization of customer deliveries. - Preparation of unloading sheets, delivery slips, and U.S. and Canadian customs documentation. - Monitor truck and trailer maintenance in conjunction with the supervisor and manage weigh scale operations. - Comply with SAAQ transport standards and legislation as well as OHS (SST) rules. Qualifications- Minimum 1 year in logistics or dispatch, preferably with a cross-border experience (asset)- Bilingual French and English (dealing with USA customers)- Detail oriented and ability to prioritize- A true team player who is willing to learn and adaptSummaryPassionate about Transport & Logistics?
