We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Front-End Developer to join our growing web development team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a deep understanding of modern front-end technologies. You will be responsible for leading the development of robust and scalable web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior developers.The Senior Front-End Developer will report to the Vice President, Enterprise Applications & PMO. What are the primary responsibilities of this role? Architect, design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern front-end frameworks. Collaborate with back-end developers to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Mentor and guide junior developers on best practices and technical skills. Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends. What skills do I need to have for this role? Proven expertise with modern versions of Angular with a strong portfolio of projects. You should be comfortable building complex applications from scratch and maintaining large-scale codebases in either or both frameworks. Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Kendo UI (or equivalent) Component Libraries for Angular. Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/Sass. Experience with state management patterns and libraries (e.g., NgRx). Strong knowledge & experience of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming. In-depth knowledge & experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling. A strong understanding of modern CI/CD pipelines (Github Actions). Experience with version control systems, particularly Git (Github). Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG). Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. A solid understanding of UI/UX principles. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
