Values such as safety, honesty, integrity, and doing what we say are deeply ingrained in Flynn’s culture. The Glazing Service Superintendent role is a full-time position and is open due to tremendous growth we have experienced What we offer·Competitive Salary plus bonus· Supplemental Insurance including Pharmacy and Massage therapies- Vehicle Allowance and gas card ·Paid time off and paid holidays· RRSP w/ company match·Life Insurance and Disability Insurance·Employee and Family Assistance Program· Health Club reimbursement program- Holiday parties - Employee Appreciation Events ·Flynn University: Education & Leadership DevelopmentA Day in the Life: ·Ensure that all revisions/change orders are properly documented and accounted for ·Daily review with Service Manager on project and billing progress ·Completion of various reports, including Service Request/Field Report and work order ·Dispatch calls to field technicians, providing all necessary job information prior to their arrival on site ·Build relationships and maintain close contact with customers during project activity Field Crew Support ·Compliance to regional Health and Safety requirements and Flynn policies·Monitor quality, safety, and training requirements through regular visits to project sites·Order and manage Service Inventory, material best practices, and safety equipment distribution·Identification, training and coaching future Foremen What We Are Seeking· 5+ years experience in a Construction environment; Service Glazing experience is preferred· Knowledge of COMMERCIAL GLAZING Projects of varying size and scope, including curtainwall, exterior façade systems, metal cladding, interior glazing, skylights and handrails, etc. - Ability to read blueprints, architectural plans and shop drawings - Ability to lead crews, coach and mentor teamAdditional information: Candidates must be a "ticket holder" for training and knowledge. $90,000 - $95,000 a yearPlus bonus, vehicle allowance and gas cardFlynn Group of Companies is the leading trade contractor in North America that works on virtually every aspect of a building’s outer layer, including Roofing, Glazing, Waterproofing, and Architectural Metals.
