As part of our continued growth in Canada, we’re looking for a Sales Representative to support and expand our wholesale business across British Columbia. This individual will work closely with our Senior Sales Representative to manage independent retail accounts, open new business, and amplify tentree’s presence across the province.Responsibilities include managing, servicing, and growing tentree’s wholesale business across BC - primarily with independent retailers in the outdoor, lifestyle, and sporting goods markets. You will be the face of tentree for your territory, ensuring exceptional support for existing accounts, proactively prospecting new retail partners, and executing seasonal sales strategies that drive revenue and elevate brand visibility.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management & Territory GrowthOwn the sales strategy, development, and revenue growth for the British Columbia territoryService and grow existing independent retail accounts while maintaining strong, long-term buyer relationshipsActively prospect and onboard new Independent retail partners that align with tentree’s values and product assortmentConduct regular market travel to visit accounts, present seasonal collections, and support sell-through.Meet or exceed seasonal prebook and ATS targetsOutbound & Brand Expansion SupportProvide outbound sales support, lead generation, and administrative assistance as required to help expand tentree’s wholesale footprint and support overall brand growth initiativesSeasonal Sales ProcessPresent seasonal men’s, women’s, and accessories collections to retailers, providing product knowledge and brand storytellingParticipate in seasonal GTM (go-to-market) preparation, including forecasting, prebook planning, and regional business planningEnsure all prebook orders are submitted correctly and on time prior to seasonal deadlinesConduct digital and in-person line showingsBrand Support & In-Store ExecutionCollaborate with the tentree Marketing team to ensure strong in-store representation and brand consistencySupport merchandising updates, brand initiatives, and floor set improvements across retail partnersProvide store clinics and staff product knowledge sessions to educate store teams on tentree product, sustainability practices, and brand positioningReporting & CommunicationProvide regular sales reporting, forecasting, territory insights, and market feedback to internal tentree leadershipMaintain accurate and up-to-date account records, order pipelines, and travel schedulesCommunicate frequently with the Senior Sales Representative to align on strategy, opportunities, and challenges within the regionEventsRepresent tentree at regional and national trade shows, rep events, and industry gatherings as neededSupport showroom appointments, regional sales events, and retailer-facing activationsOrganize and facilitate semi annual sample sales, and support annual warehouse saleRequirementsProfessional Requirements3–5+ years of proven wholesale sales experience within lifestyle, outdoor, fashion, or sporting goods industriesExisting relationships within the BC outdoor and lifestyle retail communities considered a strong assetStrong B2B sales capabilities; experience with Elastic Suite is an assetMust reside in the Greater Vancouver area and be able to commute to the office/showroom as neededA valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable, personal vehicle are requiredAbility to travel frequentlyPersonal StrengthsOutgoing, personable communicator with strong presentation skillsRelationship-builder who thrives in a people-focused, product-driven sales environmentPassionate about sustainability and motivated to share tentree’s mission with retailersStrong understanding of merchandising, trends, and sell-through strategies in the apparel industryActive lifestyle that aligns with the outdoor and conscious consumer communitiesHighly organized, self-starting professional who can independently manage a multi-faceted territoryBenefitsAt tentree, we offer a total rewards package that supports your wellbeing, growth, and everyday life.Alongside a competitive salary, you can expect: Extended healthcare coverage for you and your family A variety of time off programs including vacation, sick days and office closuresTraining and development opportunities Employee discounts on tentree products A spacious HQ in East VanThis is a hybrid role with a minimum of three onsite days per week; occasional onsite work may be required outside of those days as business needs ariseTypical On Target Earnings for this position is up to $75,000 per year, consisting of a base salary of $40,000-$60,000 plus a variable sales bonus.
