You approach the problem at hand from a strategic and empathetic point of view.What You'll Be DoingAt Fresh Prep, every day may be different While we are currently in “growth mode”, things are becoming more and more streamlined. This means that your first day may not look like your third or your tenth, but each day you will be doing some of the following:Pick, pack and scan food products to fulfill individual customer meal kit ordersComplete tasks to meet specific time targets, with performance evaluated regularly for every taskConsistently meet a99.8% accuracy standard while working quickly and efficientlyFollow all food safety, quality, and organization standardsWork in a 4-6°C refrigerated environment ( the same temperature as a household fridge)Remain on your feet for the full 8-hour shiftWhat We Are Looking ForAbility to work in a time-driven environment, quickly completing work while maintaining accuracy standardsStrong attendance, including on-time arrival for every shiftComfortable working in cold conditions (0–10°C)Physically able to stand 8 hours and lift, push, and pull up to 30 lbsExperience working in a fast-paced and/or Warehouse environment is not required, but is an assetWhat You Can ExpectSchedule of either: 3pm to 11pm (Friday - Tuesday) and 7am - 3pm (Friday-Tuesday)Wage of $20.23/hourComprehensive health benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance after 90 daysExclusive food perks that let you experience our amazing productsResearch shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women and other marginalized folks tend to only apply when they check every box.
