Regulatory Affairs Interns assists other members of Regulatory Affairs Management (RAM) teams and the Regulatory Strategy Teams (RADs,) in obtaining and maintaining licences and applications in accordance with agreed regulatory strategy and AstraZeneca standards.Document management including uploading and tracking regulatory files and systems according to established AZ procedures and regulatory requirements.Planning, preparing and executing simple submissions, and assisting with the preparation and planning of regulatory dispatches.Be the interface with Health Authority (HA) and its systems for designated regulatory tasks management of user fees, receipt of incoming FDA correspondence, ordering EudraCT number, EudraLink support, use of HA Portals.Responsible for the ordering and tracking of specific regulatory requirements such as Registration samples, Certificates of Pharmaceutical Product, Legal documentation Letters of Authorisation, Powers of Attorney, Translations of regulatory documentation.Provide support across the group for assigned non-drug project roles & responsibilities act as a designated point of contact or superuser.Contribute to process improvement.Currently enrolled in post-secondary (undergraduate) education, ideally in a STEM discipline.Proficient verbal and written EnglishBasic Project Management skillsAble to understand and operate in document management and tracking databasesCandidates must have an expected graduation date after August 2026.Available to work full-time for duration of the internshipSome medical, technical or regulatory experienceUnderstanding of business processes in large organizationsSome knowledge of AZ submission, compilation, publishing and approval processes, standards, systems and toolsVery familiar with use and applications of Artificial Intelligence tools (ChatGPT, CoPilot, Gemini, etc)Good written and verbal communication skillsCultural awarenessProficiency with common document management toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a team Continuous Improvement and knowledge sharing focusedDate Posted14-Jan-2026Closing Date30-Jan-2026
