We’re currently looking for an Ownership Assessment Specialist to join our team at Toyota Dartmouth. This is a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid role that connects both the service and sales departments—engaging with service customers, identifying high-demand vehicles for acquisition, and presenting upgrade options.At Toyota Dartmouth, part of the award-winning O’Regan’s Automotive Group, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where your people skills and attention to detail will make a real impact. Whether your background is in sales, service, hospitality, or client care, if you thrive on meaningful conversations and want to be part of a team that values growth, we want to hear from you.RESPONSIBILITIES:Foster positive relationships with service clients, welcoming clients on their visits and assisting with check-in. Call, text, and send video confirmations for upcoming service appointments. Proactively review client appointment reports daily and weekly to identify acquisition opportunities. Approach and engage clients in service to discuss their ownership journey and discuss options to upgrade. Collaborate with Service Advisors to identify customers with high repair costs and explore purchasing solutions to satisfy client needs. Attend sales meetings, product training, and maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions. Develop a solid understanding and the ability to communicate vehicle equity, depreciation, and financing options to clients. Maintain a professional appearance and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction QUALIFICATIONS:Previous experience in a customer-facing, sales, or service role is considered an assetStrong interpersonal and communication skillsComfortable initiating conversations and building relationships.Ability to explain vehicle features, benefits, and financial concepts in a clear and professional mannerHighly organized with attention to detail and follow-upA team player with a willingness to learn and growValid driver’s license requiredWHAT WE OFFER:Competitive base salary plus commissionFull-time daytime hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PMA collaborative and supportive team environmentComprehensive training and ongoing professional developmentOpportunities for career advancement within the O’Regan’s Automotive GroupA chance to work with one of Atlantic Canada’s most trusted and recognized dealership families Why Choose O’Regan’s?O’Regan’s is one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies and a recognized leader in the automotive industry.
