Positive energy and...Bachelor of Engineering;+ 3 years of relevant estimating experience and on-site experience is preferred;Demonstrate an interest in the renewable energy sectorCommunicate easily in English and French, both orally and in writing;Excellent proficiency in MS Project, Excel and knowledge of Bid2win is an asset;Demonstrate intellectual curiosity; Excellent analytical skills, thoroughness and attention to detail;Versatility, autonomy and resourcefulness;Excellent ability to manage pressure and stress.What you will do to complete this mission successfully:With the assistance of the Project Manager, prepare the contracts required for the execution and control of the work for subcontractors, suppliers and consultants;Assist the Superintendent in the coordination of civil engineering activities;Confirm and coordinate technical requirements for civil engineering and maintenance with field teams and civil contractors;Validate the progress of the civil work and produce a follow-up report periodically;Coordinate construction in collaboration with the Civil Superintendent, Environmental Engineer, subcontractors, municipal and regional representatives, and developer/client representative Develop and implement the quality control program for civilian work;Coordinate inspections to verify the compliance of the work;Ensure the application of technical procedures to the work carried out in collaboration with the project engineer;Follow up on the purchases, receipt and inventory of materials required for the execution of the work;Actively participate in the implementation of the prevention program and support the Prevention Officer with regard to the requirements and implementation of traffic controls in collaboration with the Civil Superintendent.
