In Group Disability, our mandate is to assist our Clients, both employees and employers, in the relentless pursuit of better health.What will you do?Indexing of incoming Disability documents received through various channels (email, fax, web, mobile, etc.)Setup of new claims on our Disability systemsPerform various other administrative tasks such as plan member information updates, mailing of Life and Disability cheques and other letters, outreach to Plan Sponsors via phone and written correspondence to follow up for missing forms, etc.Ensure a thorough review of the documents handled in order to produce a high quality work within the expected handling timeManage incoming volumes and engage in team effort to maintain service standards on a daily basis in order to meet client expectationsLook for Continuous Improvement Ideas using process excellence methodology to improve performance, quality and productivityEnsure compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations and information security standardsEstablish internal business relationships to facilitate execution of work and provide a seamless customer experience.What do you need to succeed?Accuracy, precision and high attention to detailBe agile and able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced, high volume production environmentStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityModel great work ethic with a positive can-do attitudeDemonstrate decisiveness even in the face of ambiguityWork well within a team and independentlyCollaboration and knowledge sharing to ensure the success of the team and seize opportunities for growthExcellent organizational skillsCritical thinking, strong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility, comfort and aptitude with Microsoft Office, web-based applications, multi-screen navigation, with accurate keyboarding skillsAs this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only to answer calls from English and French-speaking clients across Canada or worldwide.Notes: Occasional over time is required during periods with high incoming volumes in order to meet client expectationsWhat’s in it for you?Opportunities to learn new skills, grow and move into different rolesComprehensive training program with virtual classroom and ongoing learning to be set up for successTrusting, diverse and inclusive working environmentsSupportive leadership who’s focused on your success and well-beingContinuous improvements that focus on enhancing your work and our clients’ experience #makeadifferenceSustainability commitments to create a cleaner, more inclusive and sustainable future for our communities
