Learn more about the role Your main responsibilities As an Intermediate Electrical Engineer, you will work in collaboration with the Electrical Design Team your main responsibilities will be: Support the design and development of electrical projects using AutoCAD and Revit, including planning, organizing, and execution;Prepare, verify, and review technical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance;Assist in preparing reports, specifications, proposals, presentations, cost estimates, and supporting documentation;Contribute to site investigations, studies, building condition audits, and asset management planning;Ensure adherence to project budgets and objectives;Attend and actively participate in internal and external project meetings with clients, contractors, suppliers, and design team members;Coordinate effectively with other design disciplines to support project delivery;Engage professionally with clients, contractors, and suppliers in all project-related interactions;Apply and promote Englobe’s health and safety rules. What makes you uniqueBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university, with eligibility or enrollment as an Engineer in Training with the Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists New Brunswick or a valid P.Eng. designation in Nova Scotia;4 to 9 years of electrical design and drafting experience in the consulting industry;Project management experience considered an asset;Experience with electrical engineering tools such as AGI32 and SKM PowerTools, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite considered an asset;Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, meet deadlines, and update recurring tasks, while maintaining attention to detail and demonstrating integrity and a strong work ethic;Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to produce well‑written reports and technical specifications; bilingual (French) is an asset;Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with an understanding of product results;Valid Driver’s License.
