Multitask and provide quick responses to production problems. As Required, flex resources to ensure that employees and materials are utilized most effectively.  Duties and Responsibilities: Create and maintain detailed manufacturing build scheduleCreate and maintain production ordersMerge partial or complete manufacturing ordersBack-flush complete or partially completed manufacturing ordersAdjust material inventory levels based on actual production yieldTransfer completed items directly to the finished goods inventoryUse Bills of Material with Routing Details through Work Centers to guide shop floor operationsUse workers and resources in the most effective mannerProvide quick responses to production issuesIdentify problems and help improve processesUse software to generate reports and schedulesEnsure that company deadlines are metJob PurposeJob Description Content for Job Profiles is a work in progress.
