Ensure that company objectives are achieved and that all deadlines are met. Multitask and provide quick responses to production problems. As Required, flex resources to ensure that employees and materials are utilized most effectively.  Duties and Responsibilities: Create and maintain detailed manufacturing build schedule Create and maintain production orders Merge partial or complete manufacturing orders Back-flush complete or partially completed manufacturing orders Adjust material inventory levels based on actual production yield Transfer completed items directly to the finished goods inventory Use Bills of Material with Routing Details through Work Centers to guide shop floor operations Use workers and resources in the most effective manner Provide quick responses to production issues Identify problems and help improve processes Use software to generate reports and schedules Ensure that company deadlines are met Job Purpose Job Description Content for Job Profiles is a work in progress.
